Go to Shepherding on the left tab and click on Care Group Reports.
1. Click on filters to see different types of reports.
2. Not Submitted – this column shows you reports that have not been submitted by Care Groups
3. Waiting for Approval – this column shows approval action that needs to be done by Cluster Coach
4. Approved – this column shows reports that have been approved by Cluster Coaches
5. Disapproved – this column shows reports that have been disapproved by Cluster Coaches.
Click on any of the report cards to see the details of the report.
