Go to the Serving tab on the left panel and click on Service Teams. Click on the Service Team you want to manage Serving Groups for.
Click on the Action button and then click on Groups.
- Click on the filters to see Active and Archived Groups.
- Check the checkbox next to the name of the group you will like to make changes for. See the options appear on the top bar.
- Click on Edit to make changes to the Group
- Click on Archive to make the Group inactive
- Click on Delete to delete the group completely.
